A hobby turner from Switzerland wrote us: I'm currently turning 150 writing instruments made of unbelievably old and hard olive wood.
The only drill that guarantees a clean entrance and exit hole is the Pen Drill 013P by FISCH® and I have tried many! Conventional twist drills I had to regrind, some even started to glow and ignited the chips! The Pen Drill by FISCH®, on the other hand, drills effortlessly straight through and comes out sharp again - as if nothing had happened.
